We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it for you.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you may make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund posting.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 working days.
We make every effort to dispatch goods as soon as payment is received.
